To book tee times using your Recreation ID Card you must have an account in our system. If you have not made an account yet click here.
1. Call the golf shop at 631-757-8800 to activate your card.
2. Visit Crabmeadow.com
3. This will bring you to the main page of our website
4. Click on "Book a Tee Time"
5. You will be brought to the main page of our booking website
6. Click on the "Log In" button in the top right corner of the page
7. This will bring up the "Log In/Register" window
8. Input the email and password you used when you created your account
9. After successfully logging in you will be brought back to the main page of our booking website
10. You will know you have successfully logged in to your account when you see the "My Account" and "Log In" buttons in the top right corner of the page
11A. Click on the "Resident Cardholder" button
11B. If you see the screen below then you did not log in
11C. If you see the pop-up message below than you have not activated your Recreation ID Card yet and you must call the golf shop at 631-757-8800
12. This will bring you to a page showing all available tee times
13. Each of the boxes provide you with the details on any given tee time
14. Search filters can be applied on the left
15. Our booking rules will appear on the left side of the page when you scroll down
16. Click on your desired tee time
17. This will bring up the booking window where you can select the number of players and whether or not you will need golf carts (if you do not see an option for carts then carts are included with your booking)
18. After making your selections click on "Book Time"
19. This will open the "Select Payment Method" window, please take a moment to review our No Show Policy
20. Click the "Add Card" button
21. This will open the "Add Credit Card" window
22. Input your credit card information (this card will not be charged unless you incur a No Show or Cancellation Fee)
23. Click the "Add Card" button
24. This will bring you back to the "Select Payment Method" window with your card information listed under "Saved Card"
25. Click the "Book Time" button
26. This will bring you to the successful booking page please review the booking information for accuracy
27. Check your email's inbox to confirm that you received a confirmation email
28. You have successfully made your tee time if you have any questions please call the golf shop at 631-757-8800
